Hello, there! At sunrise the Ocean Beach Christmas tree arrived. This year’s community tree was kindly donated by the San Diego Safari Park (Wild Animal Park), and the OB Mainstreet Association and community friends helped install the tree at the foot of Newport Avenue. This week, volunteers and children from OB Elementary school will decorate the OB tree. The community tree is a symbol of sweet Christmas spirit in our town and the beginning of Christmas season. All the while, the swell was coming up and we enjoyed seeing the PLHS surf PE class enjoy some fun rides!
Happy holidays!
